Effects of W content on the isomerization performance of solid super acid Pd-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3

  • 摘要: 为了研究Pd-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3型固体超强酸催化剂的异构化性能,以正戊烷异构化为探针反应, 考察了钨(W)含量对催化剂异构化性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、FT-IR、H2-TPR、比表面积测定(BET)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和氨-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)手段对催化剂进行了表征,分析了WO3含量对催化剂酸性、比表面积、氧化还原能力以及晶体结构的影响。结果表明,当WO3的质量分数为13%焙烧温度为600℃时, Pd-SO42-/ZrO2-WO3固体超强酸催化剂的催化活性最好。在反应温度260℃,压力2.0MPa,质量空速1.0h-1,氢油比为4.0时,异物烷产率为40.1%。在80h内异戊烷收率可稳定在38%左右,选择性在95.3%以上。
