Pt基CO氧化抗硫催化剂中Gd2O3的作用

The role of Gd2O3 in Pt-based sulfur-resistant catalysts for CO oxidation

  • 摘要: 采用多元醇法制备了三种催化剂1%Pt/CZLY,1%Pt/CZLGd和1%Pt/CZLYGd。表征结果表明,通过添加稀土Gd元素可有效地增加材料的比表面积,促进Ce3+物种和Olatt的形成。Gd作用下使得Pt颗粒更小和分散更均匀。1%Pt/CZLYGd催化剂表现出最优异的CO催化氧化活性(T90 = 95 ℃,GHSV = 45000 mL/(g·h)),能够在反应条件下持续作用24h转化率不下降,表现出良好的抗SO2中毒性。Gd2O3与其他组分的相互作用有助于进一步增加活性位点的数量和种类,提高催化效率,增强催化剂的热稳定性和耐硫稳定性,延长催化剂的使用寿命。这对于开发工业应用高抗硫催化剂提供了一种新思路。

     

    Abstract: Three catalysts 1%Pt/CZLY, 1%Pt/CZLGd and 1%Pt/CZLYGd were prepared by the polyol method. Characterization results showed that the specific surface area of the materials could be effectively increased by the addition of rare-earth gadolinium elements, which promoted the formation of Ce3+ species and Olatt. Gadolinium action resulted in smaller and more uniformly dispersed Pt particles. The 1% Pt/CZLYGd catalyst exhibited the most excellent CO catalytic oxidation activity ( T90 = 95 ℃, GHSV = 45000 mL/(g·h)), was able to act continuously for 24 h under the reaction conditions without any decrease in conversion, and showed good resistance to the toxicity of SO2. The interaction of Gd2O3 with other components can help to further increase the number and types of active sites, improve the catalytic efficiency, enhance the thermal and sulfur stability of the catalyst, and extend the service life of the catalyst. This provides a new idea for the development of high sulfur-resistant catalysts for industrial applications.
